Job Summary
Customer Service Representative at Chevron Stations Inc. – perform cashiering and retail duties, handle multiple payment forms, maintain station cleanliness, ensure food safety and sanitation, promote store specials, and provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include cash handling, POS transactions, stocking, product preparation and service, and adherence to CSI safety, security, and quality guidelines while engaging with co-workers and customers with a 100% customer focus.
Required Qualifications
- Must be sufficiently proficient in English to understand CSI policies, safety training, and job instructions, and to effectively communicate with customers and/or coworkers on work-related matters.
- Available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and exercise exceptional judgement.
- Ability to work both independently and in team settings.
- Must possess required up-to-date food handling certificates, as required by law (in specific locations only).
Additional Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older to work in California and Oregon locations.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older to work in Washington locations.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older to work Graveyard shift from 10pm to 6am.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older to work in Management positions.
