Job Summary
Provide exceptional guest service at Chevron Stations, handling retail and fuel transactions via multiple payment methods, maintaining cash drawers and performing cashier reconciliation, and ensuring food safety and cleanliness in accordance with CSI guidelines. responsibilities include cross-checking delivered goods, promoting store specials, stocking shelves, and supporting food service items (KKC products) while adhering to safety, security, and loss-prevention processes. The role requires teamwork, reliability, flexible hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays), and compliance with age-related product restrictions where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in English to understand policies, safety training, and communicate with customers and coworkers
- Up-to-date food handling certificates (as required by location)
- Availability to work a variety of hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to exercise good judgement
- Ability to follow safety, security, quality guidelines and CSI procedures
- Ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Contract or regular employment with customer-facing duties
- Cooking/food preparation and sanitation knowledge for food service areas (KKC products) as applicable
