Job Summary
Customer Service Representative at Chevron Stations Inc.Responsibilities include providing exceptional guest service, greeting and thanking customers, handling retail and fuel sales through multiple payment methods, maintaining cash drawer and performing cashier reconciliation, adhering to safety, sanitation, and food-handling standards, promoting store specials and marketing programs, stocking shelves, and ensuring compliance with local laws for age-restricted product sales. The role requires flexibility in hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays), strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and in a team, and adherence to CSI policies. The position is part-time with compensation range $18.25-$19.25 per hour and includes benefits such as health packages, education reimbursement, shift differential, and other programs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older to work in California and Oregon locations.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older to work in Washington locations.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older to work Graveyard shift from 10pm to 6am.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older to work in Management positions.
- Must possess required up-to-date food handling certificates, as required by law (in specific locations only).
