Job Summary
Provide exceptional guest service at Chevron Stations, handling retail and fuel transactions securely through multiple payment forms. Maintain a courteous, professional demeanor, greet customers, and ensure accurate cash handling, cashier reconciliation, and adherence to CSI policies. Keep facilities clean and safe, perform food preparation and service for Krispy Krunchy Chicken products, monitor product levels, and support store promotions. Enforce food safety and sanitation procedures per county regulations, comply with age-restricted product carding, report incidents promptly, and collaborate with teammates to deliver a safe, positive customer experience. Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays; undergo relevant training and certifications as required by location.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in English to understand policies, safety training, and instructions
- Ability to work varied hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and professional judgment
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Up-to-date food handling certificates where required by law (locations specific)
- Must be at least 18 in CA/OR and 21 in WA for specific locations and shift requirements
