Job Summary
Provide exceptional guest service at Chevron Stations, efficiently operate POS and cash handling, and maintain accurate cash reconciliation. Perform food preparation and service tasks while ensuring food safety and sanitation in accordance with local regulations. Follow safety, security, quality guidelines, and CSI policies; assist vendors and clean and stock the station, store, and car wash as needed. Promote store specials and marketing programs, monitor product levels, and ensure shelves and coolers are fully stocked. Adhere to age-restriction product laws, maintain a neat appearance, and work a variety of shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight as required. Demonstrate teamwork, reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
Required Qualifications
- Must be sufficiently proficient in English to understand policies, safety training, and job instructions, and to effectively communicate with customers and/or coworkers on work-related matters.

- Age requirements vary by location: CA/Oregon require 18+, Washington requires 21+ for some positions.
