Job Summary
Provide exceptional guest service and greet customers; conduct all point-of-sale activities accurately and safely with multiple payment forms; maintain cash drawer and perform cashier reconciliation; ensure food preparation, cooking, and sanitation in accordance with local guidelines; observe food handling and safety standards; maintain store cleanliness and merchandising; promote store specials and company programs; handle product stocking and verification of prices; work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; follow CSI safety, security, quality guidelines and Loss Prevention processes; comply with local laws on serving age-restricted products; communicate effectively with customers and coworkers; no supervisory responsibilities noted.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older to work in California and Oregon locations.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older to work in Washington locations.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older to work Graveyard shift from 10pm to 6am.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older to work in Management positions.
- Must possess required up-to-date food handling certificates, as required by law (in specific locations only).
- Must be sufficiently proficient in English to understand policies, safety training, and job instructions, and to effectively communicate with customers and coworkers on work-related matters.
