Job Summary
Provide exceptional guest service at Chevron Stations, handle point-of-sale transactions, maintain accurate cash handling and reconciliation, prepare food and beverages as needed, ensure food safety and sanitation per regulations, maintain a clean and safe work environment, promote store specials and programs, and collaborate with coworkers and vendors while adhering to CSI policies, procedures, and loss prevention practices. The role requires strong English communication, flexibility across shifts (including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays), attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in English to understand policies and communicate with customers and coworkers
- Ability to work a variety of hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays
- Must possess up-to-date food handling certificates as required by law (in specific locations only)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Good judgment and ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Cooking/Restaurant experience preferred
Additional Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older to work in California and Oregon locations
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older to work in Washington locations
