Job Summary
Provide exceptional guest service, greet and thank customers, and conduct all point-of-sale transactions accurately and safely. Maintain cash drawer and complete cashier reconciliation, ensuring accurate sales reporting. Perform thorough station cleaning, food preparation and beverage service as needed, and monitor product levels to minimize loss. Promote store specials and marketing programs, observe local food handling and sanitation requirements, and follow CSI safety, security, and loss-prevention guidelines. Collaborate effectively with team members and vendors, while adhering to company policies and standards for customer experience and food safety.
Required Qualifications
- Must be sufficiently proficient in English to understand CSI policies, safety training, and job instructions, and to effectively communicate with customers and coworkers.
- Available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older to work in California and Oregon locations.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older to work in Washington locations.
- Must possess required up-to-date food handling certificates, as required by law (in specific locations only).
