Job Summary
Provide exceptional guest service at Chevron Stations, including greeting customers, handling multiple forms of payment, and ensuring accurate cash reconciliation. Perform point-of-sale duties safely and efficiently, maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, and prepare food and beverages as required. Adhere to CSI safety, security, quality guidelines, food handling and sanitation procedures, age-restricted product policies, and loss prevention processes. Collaborate effectively with coworkers and vendors, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and adapt to varied hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Position requires ability to work both independently and in a team, with qualifications including up-to-date food handling certificates where required by location, and compliance with local laws for age-related product restrictions.
Required Qualifications
- Must be sufficiently proficient in English to understand CSI policies, safety training, and job instructions, and to effectively communicate with customers and/or coworkers on work-related matters.
