Job Summary

Provide exceptional guest service at Chevron Stations, including greeting customers, handling multiple payment forms at the point of sale, cash drawer management, and cash reconciliation. Maintain food safety and sanitation in compliance with county regulations, assist with food/beverage preparation, stock shelves, promote store specials and marketing programs, and ensure adherence to CSI policies, safety, and loss-prevention guidelines. Exhibit strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and in a team, and willingness to work a variety of hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays. Requires up-to-date food-handling certificates where mandated by location and the ability to communicate effectively in English; age requirements vary by state. The role may involve standing for long periods, safe lifting, and exposure to heat and cold as part of daily duties.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be sufficiently proficient in English to understand policies, safety training, and job instructions, and to effectively communicate with customers and coworkers.

Additional Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older to work in California and Oregon locations.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older to work in Washington locations.
