Job Summary
Provide exceptional guest service at Chevron Stations Inc., greet and thank customers, handle multiple forms of payment at the Point-of-Sale, maintain cashier accuracy, and perform daily station duties including cleaning, food preparation, and stocking. Maintain food safety, sanitation, and compliance with local regulations; follow CSI policies and loss-prevention practices; report incidents promptly. Demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently and in a team, and adapt to a fast-paced environment with varied hours. Prepare hot beverages and food items, promote store specials, ensure shelves are stocked, and monitor product levels. Must meet location-specific age requirements for California/Oregon (18+) and Washington (21+) locations, and be available for a range of shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; possess required up-to-date food handling certificates where applicable. This role emphasizes customer focus, safety, teamwork, and adherence to company procedures in a retail-fuel and foodservice setting.
Required Qualifications
- Must be sufficiently proficient in English to understand CSI policies, safety training, and job instructions, and to effectively communicate with customers and/or coworkers on work-related matters.
