Job Summary
Provide exceptional guest service and greet customers while maintaining eye contact; perform accurate and safe point-of-sale transactions across multiple payment forms; maintain cash drawer and perform cashier reconciliation; ensure cleanliness of indoor/outdoor facilities; prepare food and beverages for Krispy Krunchy Chicken offerings; monitor product levels and restock to maximize sales; promote store specials and participate in marketing programs; observe local laws for age-restricted product sales; follow CSI safety, sanitation, and quality guidelines; adhere to food handling and sanitation procedures, and follow company policies; work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays; collaborate with team members and vendors while maintaining professional appearance and customer focus.
Required Qualifications
- Must be proficient in English to understand CSI policies, safety training, and job instructions, and to effectively communicate with customers and coworkers
Additional Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older to work in California and Oregon locations
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older to work in Washington locations
- Must possess up-to-date food handling certificates, as required by law (in specific locations only)
