Job Summary
Greet and thank all customers while conducting point-of-sale activities for retail and fuel sales transactions. Maintain cash drawer levels, reconcile funds at shift end, and cross-check delivered goods for accuracy. Prepare food and hot beverages, manage product levels for ExtraMile and KKC, and restock shelves throughout the store. Perform consistent cleaning of indoor and outdoor facilities including restrooms, islands, pumps, and car wash areas. Actively promote store specials and ensure safety compliance with all CSI policies and local regulations. Available to work a variety of hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be sufficiently proficient in English to understand CSI policies, safety training, and job instructions, and to effectively communicate with customers and/or coworkers on work-related matters
- Available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and exercise exceptional judgement
- Ability to work both independently and in team settings
- Must possess required up-to-date food handling certificates, as required by law (in specific locations only)
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older to work in California and Oregon locations
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older to work in Washington locations
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older to work Graveyard shift from 10pm to 6am
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older to work in Management positions
Desired Qualifications
- Cooking/Restaurant experience preferred
