Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative at Chevron Stations Inc. Provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced retail/gas-station environment. Perform POS transactions accurately and securely, manage cash drawer, balance and reconcile at shift end, and promote store specials. Prepare and serve Krispy Krunchy Chicken food/beverages, monitor stock levels, restock shelves, and ensure food safety, sanitation, and compliance with CSI policies. Engage professionally with customers and vendors, follow safety guidelines, and maintain personal hygiene and appearance. Communicate effectively in English with customers and coworkers, and work both independently and in a team to support daily operations. Adhere to local food handling requirements and CSI’s loss prevention processes while ensuring a courteous, safe, and clean store environment.
