Job Summary
Greet customers in-person and over the phone with professionalism and a smile, schedule appointments, and act as a liaison between customers and service advisors. Check up on customers in the showroom and help keep the lobby organized and welcoming. This bilingual role requires strong communication skills and comfort with scheduling software. Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service (auto industry is a plus)
