Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for replying to calls and emails from the public, utilizing a knowledge base to respond to customer requests, and documenting communications in the database. The position requires fluency in English and/or Spanish, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills, excellent customer service aptitude, and familiarity with operating policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Fully fluent in English and/or Spanish (both written and verbal)
  • High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance, which includes a credit check and background investigation

Desired Qualifications

  • Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Ability to navigate a content management system, other applications, and related websites.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service, dependability, and time management skills.
  • Keyboarding proficiency of at least 40 words per minute.
  • Call Center (omnichannel) background a plus.
