Job Summary
Directly supports the store manager to run the store efficiently, delivering excellent customer service, greeting customers, enforcing policies, maintaining a clean and organized store, processing cash and card transactions, implementing merchandising programs (including plan-o-gram integrity and sign placement), rotating foodservice products to ensure freshness, monitoring transactions for proper conduct, and responding to emergencies for safety.
Required Qualifications
- Retail experience / Customer Service Experience Required
- Able to occasionally lift 50 pounds
- Able to frequently lift objects up to 10 pounds
- Able to stand for an entire shift
- Ability to periodically handle routine physical task such as climbing, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and/or pulling
- Comfortable working in intermittent temperatures for short periods of time
- Available to work carious shifts and days of the week as required by the retail environment, including weekends, evenings, and busy periods/holidays
