Job Summary
Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and process transactions like check cashing, money transfers, and payments with accuracy. Enter and maintain customer data into a Point of Sale system while offering personalized financial services. Build new business through daily call campaigns and assist with account management, collections, and appointments. Perform duties outside the office, including vehicle appraisals, store errands, and community events. Maintain store appearance, security protocols, and vault/cash drawer management. Uphold compliance with all policies and laws while engaging in ongoing training. Work full-time, in-person, including weekends, with regular attendance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor with customers and colleagues
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to accurately enter data
- Proficiency in using phones
- Proficiency in using POS system
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in using other computer systems
- At least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Personal vehicle to use throughout the workday
- Ability to meet physical demands of this position
- Ability to remain in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time
- Ability to move and transport up to 25 pounds
- Ability to move inside and outside of the store
- Ability to operate mechanical controls, such as a keyboard
- Must be able to maintain a full-time work schedule
- Must be able to attend regularly, in-person
- Must be available for weekends
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week
- Must pass a background check
