Job Summary
Customer Service Representative for the service department handles inbound/outbound calls from homeowners and retailers, assigns service technicians within geographic locations, writes and finalizes work orders and parts requests, coordinates parts delivery (e.g., FedEx, transport), and supports documentation and follow-up for warranty repairs. Strong emphasis on coordinating with the Service Manager and team, maintaining accurate contact information, and ensuring timely communication of work order status. Bilingual ability preferred; entry-level to mid-level with 1-3 years of related experience. On-site role in Seguin, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent
- 1-3 years of related experience in customer service
- Bilingual preferred
- AR/AP experience a plus
