Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative to learn and perform Respirator Fit Testing for hospital employees. Duties include checking patients in, attending paid training to learn fit testing, performing fit tests, recording results in the database, communicating with the on-site supervisor, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of patient care areas. Requires bringing own laptop, strong teamwork and communication, compassionate patient interactions, and ability to work early mornings and occasional evenings. Must be able to commute up to an hour to hospitals in Rhode Island and occasionally across the border into Massachusetts. In-person hospital setting; project runs 3-5 days per week with paid training provided.
