Job Summary
Customer Service Representative responsible for primary point-of-contact for assigned account packages, quote creation for existing business and projects, order entry (including EDI), contract review, and managing customer data in CRM/ERP. Duties include entering quotes, maintaining customer pricing data, creating and maintaining customer records, supporting RFQ processes, managing website leads and e-commerce follow-up, forecasting, and fostering customer relationships to exceed expectations. Requires strong written and verbal English skills, CRM/ERP proficiency, and the ability to work from a home office or in a office environment; may travel and support conferences and exhibitions. ITAR compliance and US-person eligibility are noted. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data accuracy, market analysis, and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 3-5 years related experience and/or training
- Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills; English proficiency
- Willingness to travel and work in a home-office as well as an office environment
- Experience in quote creation, RFQ processes, and order management
- Experience with data maintenance in CRM/ERP and handling customer data
- Ability to forecast and perform market analyses
