Job Summary
Call customers from the prior day for quality checks, schedule maintenance visits, and reach out on the customer list to offer promotions. Handle general inbound customer service, follow up on positive and negative reviews, and resolve issues with empathy while acting as a problem solver. Maintain reliable attendance and manage multiple tasks accurately using basic computer skills. This role supports our technicians by ensuring customers feel confident we will get them taken care of.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 2+ years of proven success in a call center role
- Inbound and outbound call volume experience
- Comfortable with selling our services over the phone
- Exceptional communication/interpersonal skills
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks accurately
- Commitment to company values
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable & punctual attendance
- Fluent ability to speak, read, and write in the English language
- Candidates must successfully pass a drug test and background check
