Job Summary
Customer Service Representative position responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, providing information and assistance regarding medical records and services, ensuring billing information is accurate, and maintaining patient confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 2 years minimum of experience in customer service preferred
- Maintain current CPR certification from the American Heart Association
- Ability to work as a team member
