Job Summary
Greet and provide extraordinary customer service to internal and external customers while monitoring work volume to recommend load level requests. Coordinate Rental Car and Tow companies to deliver one-stop service, maintaining a broad knowledge base of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing, and load level processes. This role supports Caliber Collision's mission to restore the rhythm of customers' lives through safe, holistic automotive care across the nation.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience within a customer facing environment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple software systems, i.e., Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
