Job Summary
Provide extraordinary customer service at a Caliber Collision service center by greeting and assisting internal and external customers, monitoring workload and coordinating load-level requests, and coordinating rental car/tow services to deliver a one-stop experience. Apply knowledge of insurance partner requirements for authorizations and billing, and support center operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while upholding Caliber’s commitment to a positive customer experience and company values.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience within a customer facing environment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple software systems, e.g., Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
