Job Summary
Customer Service Representative for concrete ready-mix in Westminster, CO being the main point of contact for orders from placement through delivery; coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, plant teams, and foremen; educate customers on products, mix designs, and delivery options; manage order modifications and provide real-time status; schedule truck assets to maximize resources; process COD payments and maintain documentation and tickets; support inventory accuracy by communicating volume/material changes; requires fluency in English and Spanish and knowledge of the Colorado Front Range; full-time field-based role with hours Monday-Saturday and 40+ hours per week; requires a valid driver’s license and clean MVR; compensation starts at $25/hour with experience.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Valid driver's license with clean MVR
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum one year of customer service experience in concrete and/or ready-mix industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of the Colorado Front Range
- Proficient mathematical, computer, and telephone skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability with attendance and flexible hours including overtime and Saturdays
