Job Summary
Answer incoming calls from new and existing customers while managing concerns and providing appropriate information to those in urgent need. Schedule service calls and appointments, then coordinate and dispatch service technicians to multiple locations to ensure timely responses. Work collaboratively with a remote team to share information and address challenges, and participate in training sessions for company policies and procedures. This role requires overtime during peak season and weekend availability. Bud Anderson is a leading provider of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and generator services.
