Job Summary
Customer Service Representative role in Brookville area focused on assisting the store manager, ensuring efficient store operations, policy compliance, and support for driving sales. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, greeting customers, maintaining store appearance, processing cash and card transactions with integrity, implementing merchandising and marketing programs (including plan-o-gram integrity and sign placement), ensuring foodservice products are fresh through proper rotation, monitoring transactions for proper procedure, responding to emergencies for safety, and working various shifts including weekends and holidays. Prior retail/customer service experience preferred; ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand for entire shifts.
