Job Summary
Customer Service Representative roles at multiple levels (I–IV, Senior) focus on accurate documentation, inbound/outbound shipment handling, and reporting, with increasing responsibility including mentoring, training, and SOP management. Responsibilities include receipt & shipment creation, work orders to warehouse personnel, inventory control, generating internal/external reports, tracking vessel schedules and drayage, and ensuring billing/invoicing accuracy. Requires strong organization, communication, and teamwork skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Location-based posting in Garden City, GA, USA.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Prior experience in customer service, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to accuracy and detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
