Job Summary
Serving trade customers at the counter and over the phone while helping them find the right vehicle parts and solutions. Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately, spotting opportunities to upsell or recommend related products. Build strong relationships with the loyal customer base in a fast-paced environment. Requires a full NZ license, customer service experience, and basic computer skills. Full-time Monday to Friday (8 am – 5 pm) with alternate Saturday mornings. Competitive salary plus incentives, free breakfast, and birthday off.
