Job Summary
Customer Service Representative needed for BNT Rolleston in Christchurch, NZ. Provide counter and phone-based customer service to trade customers, help customers select the right vehicle parts, process and pick/pack orders accurately, identify upsell opportunities, and build strong relationships with a loyal customer base in a fast-paced automotive/trade environment. Requires experience in customer service (automotive or trade a plus), basic computer skills (Excel advantageous), a genuine interest in cars or parts, strong communication, and a team-first attitude. Full-time role, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with alternate Saturday mornings. A full New Zealand driver's license is preferred.
