Job Summary
Serve trade customers at the counter and over the phone, helping them find the right vehicle parts and solutions. Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately while spotting opportunities to upsell or recommend related products. Build strong relationships with the loyal customer base in a fast-paced environment. Requires a full NZ license, computer skills, and experience in automotive or trade customer service. Full-time Monday to Friday (8 am – 5 pm) with alternate Saturday mornings. Competitive salary plus incentives, free breakfast, and birthday off.
