Job Summary
Delivers exceptional service to customers and prospects by identifying needs, providing financial solutions, and guiding clients through banking transactions and inquiries. Welcomes customers warmly, offers advice on digital and self-serve options, and reviews profiles to address everyday banking plans and credit card needs. Escalates complex situations to managers, manages cash transactions between treasury units, and supports operational activities including inventory and application processing. Probes to understand personal and credit card needs, integrates marketing promotions, and reports suspicious activity patterns related to money laundering. Follows risk and compliance processes to safeguard assets while maintaining current knowledge of personal banking products and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary
- High-level knowledge of personal, commercial and partner offers, and how each can best serve customers' individual needs
- Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, smart phones, online tools, and applications
- Projects a professional presence
- Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions to refer to specialists
- Resourceful self-starter with courage and confidence to approach customers
- Readiness to collaborate and work in different capacities as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and connections with customers
- An aptitude for listening, solving problems, and responding flexibly and creatively to new challenges
