Job Summary
Delivers exceptional customer service to BMO customers and prospects, identifying needs and guiding customers to suitable banking solutions. Engages customers in needs-based conversations, initiates referrals to BMO colleagues, and assists with banking transactions and inquiries. Guides customers on digital and self-serve options to simplify banking, while maintaining accuracy in customer profiles and documenting opportunities for cross-sell. Escalates complex situations to managers when needed, supports branch operations and risk/compliance processes, and collaborates with branch and market teams to enhance the customer experience. Applies problem-solving and communication skills to build rapport, tailor guidance to individual needs, and contribute to branch business results. May work at multiple branches or channels with flexible hours; basic product knowledge and a customer-focused mindset are essential.
