Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service in a retail banking environment. Identify customer needs, provide guidance on financial solutions, and refer opportunities to BMO colleagues. Assist with banking services, transactions, and inquiries across branches and channels. Promote digital and self-serve options, ensure risk and compliance, and contribute to branch and market objectives. Collaborate with team members to create a personal, easy banking experience and support ongoing improvement of customer experience. May work at multiple branches or through various channels; schedule may vary. Maintain knowledge of personal banking products and stay compliant with regulatory requirements. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-centric mindset are essential.
