Customer Service Representative

Deliver exceptional customer service at a BMO branch, handling transactions and inquiries while identifying customer needs and guiding them toward suitable financial solutions. Engage customers in needs-based conversations, offer referrals to BMO colleagues, promote digital and self-serve options, and support onboarding and ongoing service quality. Collaborate within the branch and across channels to achieve business objectives, manage risk and compliance, and contribute to the overall customer experience. Part-time role with 18.75 guaranteed hours per week; may work at multiple branches or via different channels based on market needs; tasks include routine banking activities, taking initiative to personalize each customer interaction, and staying informed about personal banking products and trends.
