Job Summary
Provide professional phone, face-to-face, and written customer communications; greet customers, determine problems or reasons for calling, and route questions to sales staff. Take orders at the sales counter and over the phone, enter orders in company systems, complete sales orders, and maintain a clean, properly stocked showroom. Develop product knowledge for drywall-building materials, with training provided. Requires strong organizational skills, problem solving, multitasking, and professional communication; bilingual ability is preferred. Base pay ranges from $25.19 to $32.07 per hour, with potential overtime and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Bilingual preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to self-manage and interact comfortably with the public
