Job Summary

Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative to support a global consumer-brand client in a fully remote capacity. Respond to complex consumer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat; assist with order inquiries, product information, shipping updates, refunds, and replacements with accuracy and empathy. Remote role with provided equipment; adhere to telecommuting policy and maintain private workspace and minimum internet speed. You will work in a high-volume call center environment, logging all customer interactions, and collaborating with teammates to deliver superior customer service while following SOPs and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bilingual Spanish/English
  • High-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps)
  • Private workspace
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Experience with multiple systems and channels (phone, email, live chat)
  • Attention to detail and customer-focused
  • Completion of remote training and SOP adherence
  • Understanding of QA and case coding
  • Knowledge of CRM tools
  • Shift availability 9:00AM–5:00PM EST or 10:00AM–6:00PM EST (Mon–Fri)
