Job Summary
Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative to support a global consumer-brand client from a remote, home-based setup. Responsibilities include answering incoming phone calls, live chats, and written inquiries; troubleshooting product issues; processing order inquiries, shipping updates, refunds, and replacements; making recommendations based on consumer needs; and logging all customer interactions in CRM tools. Requires high-volume call-center experience, empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate multiple systems concurrently. Work schedule is fixed (Mon-Fri, 9:00AM–5:00PM EST or 10:00AM–6:00PM EST); remote equipment is provided, and a private workspace with at least 100 Mbps internet is required. Training is remote and rigorous, with emphasis on product knowledge, SOPs, and quality standards; strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor in stressful situations
- Familiarity with smartphone technology and multiple software programs (CRM, ACD, Email, Web Browser)
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- College degree preferred with minimum 3 years customer service experience
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
