Job Summary
Obtain vehicle releases from body shops, residences, and other locations while answering and placing calls professionally to resolve customer issues. Gather information using company resources to meet client needs, with a focus on call quality, resolution, and follow-up actions. This role may expand to include Chat and Email Customer Support. Bilingual English and Spanish. Occasional overtime as needed. Pay $22.50.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- High School diploma
- E-Verify Program Participant
- U.S. Citizenship or legal right to work in the U.S.
