Job Summary
Bilingual Customer Service Representative handles orders, answers product, pricing, and shipping questions, provides product recommendations, and builds customer relationships via phone, email, and chat. You’ll use world-class technology to quickly and confidently address customer needs, navigate online ordering, and deliver exceptional service. The role requires excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills and is supported by internal training. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
