Job Summary
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative role handling client inquiries, verifications, and CRM updates (Salesforce/HubSpot). Responsible for serving as the point of contact between clients, the sales team, and insurance partners; processing insurance applications with accuracy; maintaining client records; preparing and sending client kits; coordinating with insurance carriers; routing qualified leads to the sales team; and supporting post-sale follow-up in an office-based Brentwood, TN environment. Emphasizes compassionate client interactions, organization, multitasking, CRM proficiency, and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED + 1 year of admin experience, or Associate's degree
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Strong phone presence and a friendly, professional demeanor

- Proficiency in CRMs and internet navigation
