Job Summary
Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and process transactions including check cashing, money transfers, and payments while maintaining store cleanliness and security protocols. Enter and maintain customer data with precision into a Point of Sale system, build new business through daily call campaigns, and manage customer appointments and collections. Perform duties outside the office such as vehicle appraisals and store errands, while adhering to all compliance policies and local regulations. Work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including weekends, in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor with customers and colleagues
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to accurately enter data
- Proficiency in using phones
- Proficiency in using POS system
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in using other computer systems
- At least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
- Background check
- Ability to meet physical demands of the position
- Ability to remain in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time
- Ability to move and transport up to 25 pounds
- Ability to move inside and outside of the store
- Ability to operate mechanical controls, such as a keyboard
- Full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance
- Availability for weekends
- Minimum of 40 hours per week

- Prior cash handling experience
- Prior cash drawer/vault management experience
