Job Summary
Bi-lingual Customer Service Representative role in Springfield, MO for LendNation. Responsibilities include completing cash transactions for customers, initiating customer loans, and contacting customers about past due payments. Will work rotating shifts with some Saturdays and Sundays off. Requires fluent Spanish, cash handling experience, ability to operate computers and standard office equipment, reliable attendance, and a valid driver's license with auto insurance. On-site position at Springfield branch with full-time employee benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have proof of eligibility to legally work in the United States
- Ability to speak Spanish fluently
- Cash Handling experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to operate computers and standard office equipment
- Safe, secure, reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license and maintain auto insurance
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Reliable attendance is an essential requirement of the position
