Job Summary
Customer Service Representative for BGIS Sustainable Cleaning Solutions to respond to client needs, resolve issues quickly, place and close work/supply orders, maintain accurate records, prepare service reports, and build relationships with new and existing accounts. Must have bilingual English/French communication, strong Microsoft Office and data entry skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple deadlines, and work both independently and as part of a team. Regular full-time role based in Markham, ON with a salary range of $42,270 – $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience and competencies.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in a related field or commensurate work experience
- Bilingual - English and French a must

- Past customer service and/or sales experience is preferred
