Job Summary
Customer Service Representative responsible for answering calls, scheduling service via Service Titan, outbound outreach to prospective Membership customers, assisting service department with daily tasks, processing payments, resolving complaints, and ensuring clear communication across the organization. Requires basic computer literacy, familiarity with Windows, data entry skills, and strong interpersonal and sales-promotional abilities to support service growth and client satisfaction. May perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor to align with business needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Formal customer relations and telephone training desirable
- Computer Literate
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows desirable
- Ability to work with computerized dispatching, spreadsheets and databases
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Salesmanship and promotion skills
