Job Summary
Answer inbound customer calls, schedule HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service appointments, and update customer information while working closely with Dispatch and Operations. Help customers choose appointment times, answer questions, and follow up on memberships and maintenance visits to ensure every interaction creates a positive experience. Document all interactions and navigate multiple computer systems to keep schedules running smoothly. Full-time rotating schedule may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfortable using computers
- Ability to learn new software

- At least one year of customer service, call center, hospitality, retail, scheduling, or other customer-facing experience
- Home services experience (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical)
- Friendly and enjoys talking with people
- Positive, enthusiastic, and professional

- A strong communicator with excellent listening skills
