Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of the company, assisting multiple customer segments (retail, contractor, fabricator, wholesale) by providing product information, availability, pricing, applications, limitations, and installation recommendations. You will handle order entry, P/O processing and receiving, freight quotes, back-orders follow-up, invoicing, and ensure smooth communication between Bedrosians and customers. Duties include greeting customers, assisting with selections, processing orders, following up on back-orders, answering phone inquiries, stock checks, pricing and freight quotes, cross-training for crossover duties with Warehouse Associate or Showroom Sales, developing a basic understanding of design and color, resolving issues with a win/win mindset, and maintaining organized workspaces. Requires a High School degree or equivalent, strong written and verbal communication in English (Spanish a plus), excellent computer skills, a detail-oriented and proactive approach, ability to lift up to 65 lbs., and a flexible work schedule. Previous customer service experience is a plus, and the role supports a team-oriented environment across Bedrosians’ extensive branch network.
