Job Summary
Customer Service Representative at Bedrosians handling end-to-end customer support for multiple segments (retail, contractor, fabricator, wholesale). Responsibilities include providing product information (availability, pricing, applications, limitations, installation), entering and processing orders and purchase orders, handling back-orders and invoicing, obtaining freight quotes, and acting as the liaison between Bedrosians and customers. Duties emphasize assisting customers, answering inquiries by phone and email, stock checks, pricing, order follow-through, and ensuring accurate order processing while maintaining a neat workspace. The role may involve crossover duties with Warehouse Associate or Showroom Sales in smaller locations, requires multitasking, teamwork, and adherence to company policies and safety protocols. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; ability to lift up to 65 lbs and a flexible schedule are noted as part of the qualifications.
