Customer Service Representative

Manage incoming calls from customers, schedule and manage customer estimates, and identify needs to achieve full satisfaction of work provided. Manage customer and technician schedules, renew and manage maintenance agreements, and maintain accurate records of customer needs, requests, and tasks performed. Appropriately handle and deescalate customer complaints and concerns while building relationships to provide top-level service and support. Requires a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record, 1-5 years of call center experience, and familiarity with MS Office and Service Titan. Full-time role in Biloxi, MS with uncapped pay potential ranging from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour.
